Are Luminéva products safe to use, and what ingredients do they contain?

At Luminéva, product safety and efficacy are our top priorities. All our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they are safe for use on all skin types. Our formulations are free from harmful ingredients such as parabens, silicones, mineral oils, phthalates, formaldehyde, SLS & SLES, synthetic fragrances, and denatured alcohols. Instead, we focus on using high-quality, scientifically-backed ingredients that promote skin health and address various skin concerns. Do the products have expiration dates? 

All the products under Luminéva Vitalité Series are stamped with expiration dates, valid for 3 years from the manufacturing date and a 12-month period after opening (PAO). These products are stored in tinted glass bottles with a pump dispensing system, minimizing air exposure, and ensuring product freshness over time.

Is the packaging used for Luminéva products recyclable? 

Yes, the packaging for all products under Luminéva is designed with sustainability in mind. The glass bottles and paper boxes are recyclable, contributing to environmental responsibility.

Are the Vitalité Series products biodegradable? 

The Luminéva Vitalité Series is formulated with copolymers and polymers that are non-microplastic and inherently ultimately biodegradable. This makes the products completely biodegradable without any microplastics.

How can I use discount codes and find ongoing promotions?

We offer a 10% discount on your first order when you subscribe to our bi-monthly newsletter. Additionally, we provide free shipping for orders over S$250. Future promotions and discounts will be displayed on our home page announcement banner and included in our bi-monthly newsletter. Some discounts are applied automatically, while others need to be entered at checkout.

How do I place an order?

Browse our catalogue, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, review your order, and complete the purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

Yes, we offer DHL Express international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Free shipping is available for international orders over S$250. We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, and India. We will be expanding our shipping footprint in the near future. If you are interested in our products but are not located in these regions, please write to our customer support team.

How long will it take to receive my order?

DHL Express shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring expedited delivery.

Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of purchase. Contact customer support to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact customer support within 7 days with photos of the damaged item or details of the incorrect item. We'll arrange for a replacement and provide return instructions if needed.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

You can modify or cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Contact customer support as soon as possible with your order details. Once processed, orders fall under our return policy.
